Citi Wealth is seeking a sharp, strategic writer to support the Head of Citi Wealth. You will shape his voice for internal and external audiences, spanning speeches, talking points, and media interviews. The role demands exceptional writing, sound judgment, and comfort with financial services topics.

You will craft content for town halls, video scripts, LinkedIn posts, and market commentary while collaborating with the Wealth Communications team to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Superior editorial, writing, research, copy editing (AP style) and fact-checking with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to translate complex wealth management and financial market topics into compelling narratives in simple language.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and manage internal approvals.

Responsibilities

• Write speeches, talking points, op-eds, blogs, and thought leadership content for the Head of Citi Wealth.
• Help craft voice, vision, and strategy to inspire action and build trust among stakeholders.
• Create dynamic social media / LinkedIn posts.
• Monitor global news and trends to keep Citi Wealth a leading voice on key issues.
• Collaborate with Wealth Communications and ESPA partners to ensure consistency.
• Develop and package content under tight deadlines.
• Coordinate with senior stakeholders to shape messaging and approvals.
• Plan content in alignment with broader communications campaigns.
• Contribute to multimedia storytelling across intranet, newsletters, and digital channels.
• Safeguard Citi’s reputation and ensure policy compliance.
