Job summary

The Northern Trust Company is seeking a seasoned Global Wealth Compliance leader to drive strategy, execution and governance for the firm’s wealth management regulatory posture. You will oversee a global team and partner with senior executives to ensure robust compliance across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities include enhancing the wealth compliance program, managing regulatory exams and inquiries, and advising product teams on new initiatives while protecting clients and the firm’s reputation.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of wealth-related regulatory frameworks across major jurisdictions.
• Strong risk management acumen and conduct risk awareness.
• Proven ability to influence regulators, boards, and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CCEO to develop and execute the compliance strategy for Global Wealth Compliance.
• Lead and enhance the end-to-end Global Wealth compliance program, including regulatory compliance and AML/CTF.
• Oversee policies, controls, monitoring, and QA across the Wealth business.
