Qualifications

• 10+ years in warehousing and supply chain, with 5+ years in leadership.
• Proven warehousing strategy success across multiple sites.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Expertise in WMS and logistics technologies.
• Willingness to travel and relocate onsite if needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global warehousing strategy aligned with supply chain goals.
• Oversee daily warehousing operations for efficient handling, storage, and distribution.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing warehousing team.
• Monitor budgets, identify cost-reduction opportunities while maintaining service.
• Collaborate with logistics, procurement, finance, and production for material flow.
• Evaluate and implement technology solutions, including WMS and automation.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
