Job summary

The LEGO Group in Virginia is seeking a Global Job Trainer to develop, deliver, and standardize training for our Manuel Warehouse Maintenance team. This role blends maintenance expertise with coaching to keep staff safe, productive, and consistent.

The position splits time between training development and hands-on maintenance, with travel to support global standards and collaboration with LEGO sites around the world.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on maintenance in automated warehouse equipment.
• Experience in manufacturing/production with safety and quality focus.
• Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with digital systems and production software.
• Domestic and international travel ability.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver, and standardize training materials and documentation.
• Deliver JI training and support onboarding, cross-training, and employee development.
• Coach job coaches to strengthen training capability across shifts.
• Maintain maintenance records and participate in continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with global trainers to share standards across LEGO sites.
