Job summary
Waga Energy is seeking a Warehouse & Materials Coordinator for our North Wales, PA warehouse to support materials management, shipping, receiving, and logistics for WAGABOX units across the US. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in warehouse operations, strong communication, and experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP a plus).

Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in warehouse and materials management roles.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build cross-functional relationships in a multinational environment.
- Expertise in warehousing, logistics, and supply chain best practices.
- Experience with international shipping and customs is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Oversee materials handling including hazardous and non-hazardous inventory while following EH&S policies.
- Manage daily inbound/outbound activities and coordinate with production transfers.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and perform cycle counts as needed.
- Unload, move, and store materials using appropriate equipment including forklift when required.
- Support safety initiatives and participate in floor walks to address material issues.
- Coordinate with carriers and shipping companies to prepare outgoing shipments.
