Job summary

RNWBL-Gearbox Express in Mukwonago, WI is seeking a Warehouse Technician to join our growing renewable energy team. You will support assembly and disassembly technicians, manage inventory, and handle material from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities include picking and staging parts, ERP transactions in Sage 500, crane and forklift operation, and maintaining a clean, organized warehouse.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior forklift operation experience and familiarity with hand and power tools required.
• Overhead crane experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, pick, and stage material for assembly and disassembly tasks.
• Perform ERP transactions, inventory tracking, cycle counts, and receiving reports in Sage 500.
• Receive and ship large-scale goods.
• Uncrate, package, consolidate, and store material in designated bin locations.
• Prepare and stage outgoing shipments of industrial gearboxes, shafts, and palletized components.
• Safely operate material handling equipment including cranes and forklifts.

About the role

RNWBL-Gearbox Express is a rapidly growing company in the renewable energy sector. We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Technician to join our team in Mukwonago, WI. We are looking for an employee with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. This position serves as an essential supporter to our Assembly and Disassembly Technicians, also playing a vital role in inventory control, material handling, and start-to-finish warehouse duty.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as an essential supporter to Assembly and Disassembly Technicians by preparing, picking, and staging required material.


• Perform accurate operating system transactions, inventory tracking, cycle counts, and receiving reports utilizing Sage 500 ERP.


• Receiving and shipping of large-scale goods.


• Uncrate, package, consolidate, and put material away in designated bin locations to optimize warehouse space utilization.


• Prepare, secure, and stage outgoing shipments, including industrial gearboxes, shafts, and various palletized components.


• Safely operate material handling equipment, including overhead cranes, jib cranes, forklifts, and standard hand/power tools.


• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment to promote operational efficiency.


• Assist with picking up or dropping off material at local suppliers and vendors as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Education & Experience: High School Diploma or GED required . Prior forklift operation experience and familiarity with hand and power tools required . Overhead crane experience preferred.


• Physical Requirements: Must be physically capable of regularly lifting to 60 lbs unassisted in a fast-paced warehouse environment required . Strong sense for safety required .


• Licensing: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record r equired for occasional local material delivery/pickup.


• Key Competencies: Strong attention to quality, accuracy, and safety. Excellent time management, adaptability, and positive team-oriented communication skills.
