Job summary

Waga Energy seeks a Maintenance Engineer for our Bala Cynwyd, PA office. You will lead maintenance projects, coordinate contractors, and drive reliability improvements across WAGABOX® facilities. Travel ~30% (domestic and some international) with overnight stays as needed.

The role blends engineering, project management, field execution, and technical support to enhance reliability, safety, and performance. A strong background in industrial maintenance is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in maintenance, reliability, or industrial projects in energy, industrial process, manufacturing, gas processing, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of maintenance principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with maintenance workflow processes, planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Ability to interpret P&IDs and mechanical drawings and documents.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage maintenance projects across WAGABOX® facilities.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, and equipment suppliers.
• Develop preventive and corrective maintenance solutions and improvements.
• Plan and execute maintenance activities with Operations teams.
• Update technical documentation (P&IDs, BOMs, drawings).
• Support annual shutdowns and major maintenance campaigns.
