Job summary

Anthropic seeks a Warehouse and Logistics Capability Manager to design and roll out essential capabilities for warehouse, inventory, and transport operations. You will manage tool selection, integration, and vendor partnerships to scale global logistics and ensure data integrity.

This role requires hands-on process building, clear cross-functional communication with engineers and vendors, and a readiness to travel to US sites as needed. Hybrid work is expected under our policy.

Qualifications

• Experience managing warehouse or logistics operations for physical goods.
• Hands-on experience with warehouse/inventory management systems and data analysis in spreadsheets.
• Experience managing third-party logistics providers or carriers and negotiating service levels.
• Familiarity with domestic freight documentation and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements for new capabilities in collaboration with partner teams.
• Lead program management, tool selection, and implementation for warehouse, inventory, and transport management.
• Enable geographic expansion with SOPs, data, and processes with warehouse managers.
• Conduct RFPs and drive tool selection and integration with internal and external systems.
• Ensure third-party tools integrate with Anthropic’s architecture and meet compliance requirements.
• Develop reports on operational metrics to drive continuous improvement.
