Medline Industries, LP seeks an Enterprise Quality Leader to steward the global Quality Management System and post-market surveillance, aligning with FDA/ISO standards and driving data-enabled, compliant quality operations across sites and functions.

You will set strategy, governance, and performance expectations, partnering with Regulatory Affairs, Operations, R&D, Supply Chain, Legal, and business leadership to ensure sustainable execution and escalation when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering, quality assurance, life sciences, regulatory affairs, business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead global QMS governance and ensure compliance with FDA/ISO/global requirements.
• Oversee post-market surveillance, complaint handling, signal detection and risk management integration.
• Develop leaders, partner with cross-functional executives, and drive a proactive quality culture.
