Job summary
Medline Industries, LP seeks an executive to lead distribution quality and ensure product integrity from manufacturing release to final delivery. You will drive strategy, governance, and organizational capability across Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Operations, R&D, Supply Chain, and Commercial functions.
The role requires 12+ years in quality/regulatory leadership in highly regulated industries, with 7+ years people leadership and strong FDA/ISO knowledge to enable compliant, efficient
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality assurance, life sciences, regulatory affairs, business, or related field.
- Professional quality or regulatory certification preferred.
- At least 12 years of quality/regulatory experience in regulated industries (medical device/pharma/healthcare).
- 7+ years of leadership experience across multiple sites, regions, products, or disciplines.
- Strong knowledge of FDA, ISO 13485, EU MDR and translating requirements into scalable processes.
Responsibilities
- Set strategy, governance, and accountability for distribution quality across the network.
- Oversee warehouses and 3PL quality programs, including cold chain management.
- Lead regional distribution quality leaders and partner with cross-functional teams to mitigate risk.
- Build staffing, talent development, and a culture of disciplined execution and continuous improvement.
