Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a senior QA leader to oversee Quality Assurance across divisions and set strategic QA direction. You will ensure regulatory compliance with FDA/EU standards and mentor a team of QA professionals to maintain high performance.

The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, and a focus on delivering compliant, high-quality products and services. Travel to external partners is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of QA experience in a business environment.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Intermediate skill level in relevant computer programs.
• Willing to travel up to 20% for business purposes.
• Knowledge of QA practices in regulated industries (Device, Pharma, Personal Care or Food).

Responsibilities

• Oversee, lead and set strategic direction for the assigned divisions’ QA functions.
• Coordinate with Corporate Quality and division leadership to meet FDA, MDR and cGMP requirements.
• Develop and mentor staff through onboarding, training and performance management.
• Facilitate communication between QA Directors, Managers and Specialists and divisional staff.
• Direct quality efforts for new product development and supplier qualification.
• Ensure timely communication between all related functions and on-time project delivery.
• Develop training programs and approve process changes.
• Ensure systems support efficient processes for new products and services.
• Ensure internal and external customers receive outstanding service.
• Travel as necessary to communicate with external customers and vendors (minimum 10%).
