Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 7 years of QA-related experience in a business environment.
• At least 5 years of experience managing people and directing staff.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% (within state and out of state).
• Knowledge of QA practices in regulated industries (Device, Pharma, Personal Care or Food).

Responsibilities

• Oversee, lead and set strategic direction for the assigned divisions’ QA functions.
• Coordinate with Corporate Quality and division leadership to ensure adherence to applicable requirements (FDA, MDR, cGMP).
• Develop and mentor staff through onboarding, training and performance management.
• Facilitate communication between QA leadership and division personnel; ensure timelines and objectives are met.
• Direct QA efforts for new product development and supplier qualification.
• Develop training programs and approve process and procedural changes.
