Job summary

Armada is seeking a Vice President, People and Talent to own the full People stack and build the infrastructure a globally distributed company needs to scale. This role covers Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, People Operations, and Compliance, with a deep focus on mobility, entity management, and compensation design.

Roughly two thirds of the role involves operating the stacked processes, while the rest focuses on employee experience, onboarding, culture, and learning programs.
