Job summary

VTEX seeks a VP of Solution Architecture to lead the global Solution Architecture organization and transform it from project-based delivery into a scalable onboarding function. You will improve implementation outcomes, Time to Revenue, and ensure consistency across the customer portfolio, reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer across regions including North America, Brazil, Latin America and Europe.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading solution architecture, enterprise architecture or similar customer-facing tech groups.
• Significant regional leadership experience across multiple markets and senior stakeholders.
• Proven track record transforming organizations and scalable operating models.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the global strategy for Solution Architecture, turning delivery into scalable onboarding.
• Own performance metrics like time to revenue, quality of delivery, and backlog impact.
• Use AI to redesign processes, tooling, and ways of working across the org.
• Develop standards, playbooks, and capabilities for scalable customer implementations.
• Lead regional SA leaders and ICs to build a high-performing global team.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales to improve onboarding outcomes.
