Job summary

MongoDB seeks a Vice President, Solutions Architecture – Americas to lead a large, distributed GTM organization across NAMER, LATAM, and specialist teams. Reporting to the SVP, Global Solutions Architecture, this executive will own the Americas technical GTM strategy and partner closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, Professional Services, and Customer Success.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in solutions architecture or related fields.
• 5+ years leading large multi-region or global pre-sales teams.
• Experience managing 100+ contributors with leadership layer.
• Proven transformation experience in GTM functions.
• Deep experience with consumption-based business models and connecting tech strategy to outcomes.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.
