Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant IT field and 10+ years in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity with leadership.
• Experience with validated environments, change control, and regulated manufacturing contexts.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships across IT and security teams.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture, deployment, and operation of network, server, storage, endpoint, and cloud environments across Advita sites.
• Oversee disaster recovery and business continuity planning with a published schedule.
• Direct security program governance, controls, and risk-based improvements.
• Lead vulnerability management, incident response, and regulatory compliance efforts.
• Coordinate IT and Quality for validated systems and audits; manage third-party risk.
• Communicate risk and status to executives with clear, actionable updates.
