Job summary

CreatorIQ is seeking a hands-on VP of Engineering, Architecture to own the architectural vision and scale a complex SaaS platform. You’ll lead global modernization, define core patterns, and partner with the CTO to align technology with business goals.

This executive IC role requires 10+ years in tech leadership, experience with distributed systems, cloud-native stacks (AWS, GCP, Azure), and building multi-team architectures across US and Europe.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology leadership roles, including architecture or platform strategy at scale.
• Proven track record in scaling multi-product or post-M&A SaaS platforms.
• Deep expertise in distributed systems and modern SaaS architecture.
• Experience leading 50+ engineers and architects globally.
• Expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Responsibilities

• Define and drive a 1–3 year global architecture roadmap for scalability, security, resilience and performance.
• Oversee re-architecture and modernization to unify platforms and services.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, DevOps, and Security to align architecture with business goals.
• Mentor senior technical leaders and establish a culture of technical excellence.
