Personify Health, Inc. in Tempe, Arizona, seeks a dynamic Vice President, Member Services to lead a global team delivering exceptional member and provider support. You will drive automation, smarter workflows, and AI-enabled tools while owning client SLAs, budgets, and multi-site operations.

You'll build leaders, shape the service transformation roadmap, manage capacity and quality, and ensure a consistent, high-value experience for members and clients across geographies and channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience leading large, multi-site service operations
• Track record of transforming customer service with automation
• ITIL knowledge preferred
• Strong data analysis and forecasting skills

Responsibilities

• Lead a global Member Services organization across multiple sites and channels
• Set global standards while respecting local labor laws and needs
• Own capacity planning, attrition, and workforce strategy
• Develop leaders and raise the talent bar across the organization
• Own service performance, SLAs, and client commitments
• Drive the multi-year service transformation roadmap with Automation and AI
• Run the business: budget, cost per contact, and productivity targets
