This hands-on executive role blends strategic vision with direct technical engagement, guiding Oracle NetSuite, Salesforce.com, and other platforms across CRM, ERP, and HCM while ensuring security, scalability, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 15+ years of progressive enterprise technology leadership, with senior director or VP-level experience
• Hands-on executive who participates directly in solution design and architecture decisions
• 10+ years of experience delivering enterprise applications across CRM, ERP, and HCM, including Oracle NetSuite and Salesforce.com

Responsibilities

• Define and own the global applications vision and multi-year strategy, aligning with growth objectives
• Serve as a trusted technology advisor to C-suite and executives, translating opportunities into business value
• Lead evaluation and adoption of new capabilities across the portfolio, including AI and automation features
• Partner with the CIO and peers to shape the enterprise technology architecture roadmap
• Oversee architecture and deployment of global programs (NetSuite, Salesforce) across regions and units
• Drive multi-system integration strategy across CRM, ERP, data platforms, and third-party apps
• Govern cloud platform strategy across SaaS, PaaS, and hybrid environments
• Own the enterprise data and analytics platform, ensuring trusted data for reporting
• Champion Agile and DevSecOps across application teams
• Act as executive sponsor for critical programs and escalation point for issues
