Job summary

Quorum Software in Houston is seeking a Vice President, Global IT Business Applications to lead the full lifecycle of enterprise applications and data analytics. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive enterprise technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior director or VP-level role.
• Hands-on executive who participates directly in solution design, architecture decisions, configuration, and troubleshooting with technical teams.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise delivery across CRM, ERP, and HCM platforms, including Oracle NetSuite and Salesforce.com.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the global applications vision and multi-year strategy, aligning capabilities with growth and digital transformation.
• Lead evaluation and adoption of new capabilities across the portfolio, including AI features delivered by core platforms.
• Oversee architecture and deployment of global programs across regions and business units.
• Drive a multi-system integration strategy across CRM, ERP, HCM, data platforms, and third-party apps.
