AMN Healthcare is a leading healthcare staffing and workforce solutions company seeking a Director of Revenue Cycle Solutions Recruiting to spearhead talent acquisition strategy across Coding, CDI, Case Management, Denials Management, Registry, Interim Leadership, and Consulting Services.

This role partners with Sales, Account Management, Workforce Management, and Executive Leadership to scale recruiting, improve fill rates, and deliver exceptional client and consultant experiences.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, HR, or related field.
• 7+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading recruiting teams within healthcare staffing or related industries.
• Experience managing KPIs, productivity metrics, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical, operational, and strategic leadership capabilities.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with Revenue Cycle Solutions growth objectives.
• Lead workforce planning initiatives to support current and forecasted talent demand across RCS service lines.
• Build scalable recruiting processes, workflows, and sourcing strategies to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
• Partner with executive leadership to identify emerging talent needs and market opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance candidate quality, speed-to-fill, recruiter effectiveness, and consultant deployment.
