Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering or related field.
• MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• 10–15+ years of progressive procurement, sourcing, and/or consulting leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing indirect procurement organization.
• Lead the global indirect procurement strategy across key spend categories (IT, professional services, facilities, marketing).
• Champion and execute enterprise change initiatives including operating model evolution and digital procurement enablement.
• Partner with senior leaders to align procurement strategies with growth initiatives and transformation efforts.
• Drive cost management, productivity, and value-creation while ensuring service quality and supplier innovation.
