CSC is seeking a Vice President, HR Service Delivery to shape and scale core People & Culture services globally. You will lead distributed teams and translate enterprise priorities into integrated service delivery strategies.

The role focuses on modernizing HR delivery, payroll across jurisdictions, ESG integration, and enterprise-wide change programs, balancing global standards with local requirements to drive employee experience and business performance.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Experience in global HR operations or service delivery.
• Deep expertise in payroll, HR operations, PMO and facilities.
• Experience with executive leadership teams and strategy.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams.

• Define and execute a cohesive global HR service delivery strategy.
• Lead modern, scalable, digital-first service delivery models.
• Ensure on-time, compliant delivery of HR services across regions.
• Embed continuous improvement to drive efficiency and cost savings.
