Amkor Technology, Inc. seeks an experienced VP, Head of fcCSP Business Unit based at the Tempe, AZ corporate headquarters. This executive will own the fcCSP portfolio, drive revenue growth, engage customers, plan strategic initiatives, and align internal resources across sales, operations, engineering, and finance.

The role demands extensive leadership in a matrixed environment, with travel and a track record of profitable growth. Hybrid schedule in Tempe area is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 15+ years of leadership experience in semiconductor packaging/manufacturing.
• Proven track record managing revenue growth, profitability, and organizational development.
• Experience with P&L ownership or significant business management responsibility.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and executive communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead global fcCSP business growth, revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute capacity planning and capital investment aligned with customer needs.
• Manage fcCSP organization staffing, succession planning, and capability development.
• Drive strategic roadmaps, product marketing plans, and collaboration with engineering and finance teams.
• Interface with key fcCSP customers on commercial, technical, capacity, and escalation discussions.
