Job summary

Hayward Holdings Inc. is seeking a Vice President, Information Security & Infrastructure to lead global cybersecurity, technology infrastructure, cloud, end-user technology, and data protection strategies.

The role requires executive leadership, risk management across OT/ICS, and governance to protect information assets while enabling business growth. Reports to the C-suite and Board with responsibilities spanning incident response, disaster recovery, and vendor risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or related field required; master's preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive information security leadership in complex, global environments.
• Experience advising executives and presenting cyber risk to boards.
• Strong budget planning for security programs and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute global information security strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead security architecture, engineering, and operations across cloud and on‑prem.
• Own governance, compliance, audits, and regulatory alignment.
• Oversee incident preparedness, disaster recovery, and resilience.
• Drive security awareness and a strong security culture across the org.
• Manage third-party risk and vendor security expectations.
