Job summary

Hayward Holdings Inc. invites a seasoned security executive to define and lead the company’s global cybersecurity and infrastructure program.

This role shapes the vision, architecture, and governance across OT/ICS, cloud, end-user tech, and data protection to enable growth and innovation while reducing risk. The VP will advise the Board on cyber risk posture, oversee security controls, incident response, disaster recovery, and regulatory compliance, ensuring secure, reliable technology services

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive information security experience with leadership in global environments.
• Experience advising executive leadership and Boards on cyber risk.
• Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships at a public company or regulated enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Define global information security strategy, multi-year roadmap, and investment priorities.
• Lead security across enterprise tech, OT/ICS/IoT, and connected products.
• Oversee security governance, audits, compliance, and policy frameworks (NIST, ISO 2700x, COBIT).
• Direct incident preparedness, disaster recovery, and business continuity programs.
• Drive IAM strategy, data protection, and third-party risk management.
