Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's preferred.
15+ years in information security/cybersecurity leadership roles in global environments.
Experience advising executive leadership and Boards on cyber risk and resilience.
Experience managing budgets, strategic vendors, and enterprise security investments.

Responsibilities

Define and execute global information security strategy and multi-year roadmap.
Lead security architecture, engineering, and operations across on-premises, cloud, and OT/ICS environments.
Oversee risk governance, audits, and regulatory compliance (SOX, privacy regs).
Ensure incident preparedness, resilience, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
