Job summary

Hayward Holdings Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Program Manager contractor to lead a multi-year cybersecurity transformation across IT, OT, and IoT.

You will drive governance, risk assessments, and remediation efforts while coordinating with Legal, Internal Audit, Operations, and Engineering. You will manage vendor selection, RFPs, and supplier contracts, delivering a strategic roadmap aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience managing complex technology programs, enterprise initiatives, or cybersecurity-related projects, including multiple interdependent workstreams.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional programs involving cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud technologies, enterprise applications, third-party vendors, OT, and IoT.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise cybersecurity programs and strategic roadmaps.
• Coordinate governance, executive reporting, risk assessments, and remediation strategies.
• Manage RFPs, vendor evaluations, SOWs, and contracts for cybersecurity initiatives.
• Provide executive updates on program health, risks, and decisions.
