Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Executive Protection, Corporate Security, Global Risk, Intelligence, or Protective Operations.
• Demonstrated experience building enterprise-level Executive Protection or Travel Risk programs.
• Strong ability to build strategy, operating models, and partnerships at an executive level.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement an enterprise Executive Protection program.
• Develop a comprehensive Travel Risk Management program, including traveler tracking, intelligence, crisis response, and executive support.
• Build a global Medical Security capability, including medical assistance, evacuation planning, provider networks, and emergency response.
• Establish global standards, SOPs, training, governance, and quality assurance.
• Develop strategic partnerships with regional Executive Protection providers, medical assistance organizations, aviation partners, intelligence providers, and emergency response vendors.
• Lead program design for Fortune 500 and multinational clients.
• Build scalable operational models supported by technology and global service delivery.
• Work closely with executive leadership to define long-term strategy and service offerings.
• Recruit and develop a high-performing team as the practice grows.
