Job summary

Kforce Inc. in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Vice President of Information Security to steer the enterprise security program. You will guide strategy, risk management, and a multidisciplinary team to protect assets across cloud, networks, and applications.

Responsibilities include leading security operations, incident response, and third-party risk, while partnering with Compliance, Legal and Audit. Strong leadership and communication with executives are essential.

Qualifications

• Progressive information security leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience building or maturing enterprise security programs.
• Leadership experience in regulated industries such as financial services.
• Experience with security architecture, cloud security, IAM and data protection.
• Ability to communicate technical risk to executives, boards and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year information security strategy aligned with business priorities and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, develop and retain a high-performing security organization.
• Oversee security operations, incident response and third-party risk.
• Establish security standards across cloud, infrastructure, networks, endpoints and SaaS.
• Partner with Technology, Compliance, Legal, Risk and Privacy to support audits.
