Vertiv Corporation is seeking a visionary leader to head Controls and Software Management Systems. This global role drives strategy, roadmaps, and architecture for software and firmware across regions, ensuring alignment with product and services teams.

Based onsite in Columbus, OH, the VP will manage budgets, guide cross-functional initiatives, and shape a high-impact product portfolio with deep market insight.

Qualifications

• 18+ years in leading a global product business with engineering and PM reporting.
• Bachelor's in software, computer science, or computer engineering; MBA preferred.
• Experience in hardware and firmware control platforms and Agile development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global control and software strategy and roadmap.
• Manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets for the department.
• Collaborate with product and regional teams on a 3-year revenue plan.
• Lead software architecture efforts across the business for consistency.
• Oversee portfolio and lifecycle management of controllers and software platforms.
