Job summary

BioSpace is seeking a senior clinical development leader to provide strategic and scientific leadership for clinical programs, set strategy for approved products, and oversee trials across therapeutic areas in compliance with regulations and budgets.

The role leads the clinical development team, partners with Regulatory, Data Science, Operations, and Commercial teams, and prepares regulatory documents, safety reviews, and strategic collaborations with external partners.

Qualifications

• MD with US medical license and 15+ years in clinical drug development.
• Expertise in preclinical, translational and early clinical development.
• Extensive academic and pharma collaborative network.
• Track record of program leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe, and Internet Explorer.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical development plans and strategic program execution.
• Represent clinical development and medical strategy externally and internally.
• Direct the Clinical Development team with cross-functional collaboration.
• Provide input on new indications and antibodies entering clinic.
• Coordinate with Clinical Operations on trial execution and monitoring.
