Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 8+ years in marketing within asset management or financial services.
• Strong storytelling and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with global teams and private markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop global and regional marketing strategies for the Alternatives platform, aligned with firm objectives.
• Collaborate with distribution, distribution marketing, and investment teams to position private markets leadership.
• Contribute to marketing plans that drive fundraising and client engagement.
• Create differentiated narratives and campaigns highlighting expertise in alternatives.
• Translate complex investment insights into engaging materials: decks, thought leadership, digital campaigns.
• Develop content with investment teams to showcase market insights and long-term perspectives.
• Partner with client advisors and product specialists to support sales and client engagement.
• Provide marketing support for institutional, wealth management, and intermediary channels.
• Assist in engagement strategies for flagship events and investor conferences.
• Enhance digital presence of the Alternatives platform across web, social, and CRM channels.
