Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in Vendor Management, Global Operations Management or Program Management within service delivery environments.
• Experience with managing geographically dispersed operational programs.

Responsibilities

• Execute operational delivery strategy across global vendor sites, ensuring consistent quality and optimal resource allocation.
• Drive operational excellence across vendor partners, with governance around SLA/KPI metrics and executive reporting.
• Model headcount against forecasted workflow volumes and optimize resource allocation.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive automation, process optimization and scalable improvements.
• Launch policies, tools and workflows across vendor sites and manage disruptions with corrective action plans.
