Job summary

CSC is seeking a strategic Team Leader for Global Resource & Vendor Management in Wilmington, DE, or another CSC location, onsite preferred. You will lead a global vendor network and the knowledge-base ecosystem, driving cost efficiency, performance, and accurate information across the organization.

Responsibilities include coaching a team, setting goals, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing pricing, risk, and the knowledge base.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or global operations.
• Prior people management experience leading and developing teams.
• Proven ability to reduce vendor costs, renegotiate contracts, and drive consolidation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team responsible for vendor management and KB operations.
• Set goals, priorities, and performance expectations aligned with objectives.
• Drive performance management, accountability, and career development.
• Foster continuous improvement and customer-centric thinking across global priorities.
• Oversee relationships with a global vendor network and service lines.
• Enforce vendor performance standards to improve responsiveness and quality.
• Own vendor pricing strategy and renegotiate contracts to reduce costs.
• Manage Third-Party Risk Management frameworks and vendor due diligence.
• Track vendor spend, savings, and ROI from consolidation efforts.
• Align vendor capabilities with business needs and ensure knowledge base accuracy.
