Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in vehicle logistics or related logistics.
• Proven experience leading large, multi-site operational teams.
• Strong executive communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end vehicle logistics operations and define strategies for reliability and scalability.
• Drive KPIs including service levels, throughput, and cost efficiency while guiding continuous improvement.
• Develop and execute long-term network strategy with executive leadership.
• Manage budgets, labor, and P&L to optimize enterprise performance.
• Build and mentor a high-performing, multi-location organization.
