Formación

• 10+ years total experience with 2-5 years in vehicle program management and 7-10+ years in the automotive industry.
• Experience leading direct reports and delivering complex programs.
• Knowledge of program management methodologies and tools.
• Travel domestically and internationally.
• English proficiency (C1-C2).
• 1 year contract
• Location: Georgia

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of program analysts.
• Lead problem-solving for engineering challenges with benchmarking, cost & weight initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver reports to management; ensure alignment on issues, features, specs.
• Develop and implement program management frameworks and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define objectives, scope and plans.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, manage budgets, resources and forecasting.
