Job summary

EQI Value Added Services (VAS) is seeking a Finance Manager in Williamsport, MD or Berea, KY with regional oversight of the Craigavon, UK facility. The role reports to the Global Controller and drives end‑to‑end financial reporting, controls, and compliance across multiple entities.

The successful candidate will partner with facility GMs and regional leadership to translate performance into insights, support margin improvement, and standardize scalable processes in a high‑accountability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with professional designation preferred (CPA).
• Experience leading close, controls, and multi‑currency reporting in multinational settings.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and ERP systems; NetSuite preferred.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and UK GAAP/IFRS applicable to cross‑border entities.
• Ability to travel US and internationally (15–25%).

Responsibilities

• Own monthly/annual financial reporting with governance and timeliness.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning across entities.
• Ensure internal controls, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze variances and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and intercompany financing.
