Job summary
EQI Value Added Services (VAS) seeks a Finance Manager to lead end-to-end financial reporting, controls, and compliance for the VAS operations. Reporting to the Global Controller, you will partner with facility General Managers and operational leadership to deliver accurate results and translate performance into actionable insights.
You will own multi-currency reporting (USD/GBP), ensure US GAAP and UK GAAP/IFRS compliance where applicable, drive internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, and
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA preferred.
- Experience with US GAAP/IFRS and UK/Northern Ireland requirements.
- Strong Excel and ERP experience, multi-entity/multi-currency consolidation.
Responsibilities
- Own monthly and annual financial reporting and governance.
- Ensure US GAAP/UK GAAP/IFRS compliance where applicable.
- Analyze results and communicate insights to leadership.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and intercompany transactions.
- Lead internal controls design and audit readiness.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
- Provide financial leadership for capital expenditures and pricing decisions.
- Collaborate with Global Finance and regional leadership.
