Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Compensation Analyst in the United States to advance variable pay, data accuracy, and reporting. You will coordinate with global and regional teams to align compensation programs with business strategy and collaborate with HR Operations to ensure data integrity in HRIS.

The role involves analytics, process improvements, and support for IT architecture changes including Workday.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or comparable training and knowledge.
CCP and GRP certifications are preferred.
Experience in working in an international environment, cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
Help implement new variable pay system and cloud-based data platform (i.e., Snowflake), and support Workday Compensation delivery topics.

Responsibilities

Manage and administer the variable pay process for regional and global business areas through consultation with global financial and divisional functions’.
Be the primary point of contact for all variable pay-related inquiries and issue resolution.
Develop and implement internal controls for audits of employee variable pay participation, modeling, and payment.
Analyze data, provide reporting, and participate in projects in the area of compensation.
Collaborate with the Americas and Global Compensation teams to implement and help design/communicate global compensation programs to align with business strategy in North America.
Partner with HR Operations to ensure accuracy and integrity of compensation data in HRIS and identify process improvement opportunities.
Actively support HR team members and cross-functional partners and look for opportunities to improve processes, policies, and service levels.
Support the implementation of a new IT architecture for the business (i.e. Workday)
