Job summary

Siemens Healthineers in Chicago, IL is seeking a Compensation Analyst to manage and administer the variable pay processes for regional and global areas, coordinating with global finance and HR teams. The role emphasizes accuracy, controls, and clear communication of compensation programs.

You will leverage Workday, Power BI, and Microsoft Office to analyze data, provide reporting, and support system implementations. Fluency in English is required for cross-border collaboration and project work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable training and knowledge.
• CCP and GRP certifications are preferred.
• Experience in working in an international environment, cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
• Help implement new variable pay system and cloud-based data platform (i.e., Snowflake), and support Workday Compensation delivery topics.

Responsibilities

• You will manage and administer the variable pay process for regional and global business areas through consultation with global financial and divisional functions’
• You will be the primary point of contact for all variable pay-related inquiries and issue resolution.
• You will develop and implement internal controls for audits of employee variable pay participation, modeling, and payment.
• You will analyze data, provide reporting, and participate in projects in the area of compensation.
• You will collaborate with the Americas and Global Compensation teams to implement and help design/communicate global compensation programs to align with business strategy in North America.
• You will partner with HR Operations to ensure accuracy and integrity of compensation data in HRIS and identify process improvement opportunities.
• You will actively support HR team members and cross-functional partners and look for opportunities to improve processes, policies, and service levels.
• You will support the implementation of a new IT architecture for the business (i.e. Workday)
