Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required or equivalent.
• Advanced degree (MA in Communications, Journalism or equivalent, MBA, PharmD, PhD, etc.) preferred.
• 10+ years of communications experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare or similar industry.
• Vaccines experience preferred.
• Crisis communications experience and managing sensitive situations.
• Strong media relations and PR skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the global external and internal communications strategy for Flu & Covid products across functions and geographies.
• Provide strategic guidance to Global Flu & Covid Franchise and key internal stakeholders.
• Create, develop and implement annual Communication Plans with cross-functional teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of global communications for Flu/Covid vaccines portfolio.
• Ensure alignment of Flu and Covid messaging with Sanofi strategy and business priorities.
• Contribute to media relations, investor relations, and issues management.
• Manage annual budget in cooperation with the wider team.

Education
