Job summary
Lilly is seeking a senior leader for the Global Facilities Delivery organization to manage a large greenfield utilities program valued at $500M+ across clean and gray utilities for biotech manufacturing facilities. The role coordinates Lilly and external teams, ensuring safety, compliance, and timely delivery from concept through commissioning and handover.
The candidate will oversee cross-functional interfaces, manage risks, and maintain governance with QA, regulatory, and business partners,
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or a technical-related field is required.
- Minimum 10+ years of capital project delivery experience in industrial/manufacturing facilities, preferably leading large projects.
- Experience managing greenfield projects and complex utilities programs.
- Willingness to relocate and travel internationally/domestically; authorized to work in the United States.
- Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent certification and PMP are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a greenfield Utilities program of $500MM+ in capital assets.
- Coordinate utility tie-ins, capacity allocations, and handoff sequencing with multiple teams.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA, ISPE, ASME BPE, USP, NFPA standards.
- Develop safety and environmental execution plans for projects from design to handover.
