Enovis seeks a Global Upstream Product Manager to lead the Enabling Technology team, focusing on advancing cloud solutions within the ASTRA platform, our ecosystem of surgical technologies. You will translate surgeon insights into product requirements and guide early-stage development across cross-functional partners in R&D, marketing, and operations.

You will shape product strategy, develop materials for new product launches, and ensure measurable value for surgeons and patients through

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Total 4–8 years in product management or related roles.
• 3+ years in medical device marketing or upstream development preferred.
• Clinical exposure to tech-enabled knee arthroplasty.
• Strong fluency with digital tools and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead upstream product development for ASTRA Enabling Technologies, knee arthroplasty focus.
• Translate surgeon feedback into clear requirements and priorities.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration from concept through launch.
• Perform market research, competitive analysis, and technology assessments.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps and gap analyses.
• Partner with marketing to shape positioning, messaging and launches.
• Contribute to training materials, sales tools, and technical docs.
• Provide product forecasts and support demand planning with operations.
• Serve as clinical/technical resource for internal teams.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
