You will define product vision, shape roadmaps, and drive development from concept to commercialization, collaborating with surgeons, engineers, clinical teams, and business leaders.

The role requires 6–10 years in product management or medical device marketing, with strong data analytics, software development familiarity, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Engineering, Data Science, CS).
• 6–10 years in product management or medical device marketing/sales, upstream focus preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate clinical problems into tech solutions.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration with R&D, marketing, sales, and clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead upstream product strategy and innovation for Enabling Technology portfolio.
• Define product vision, roadmaps, and strategic priorities.
• Partner with R&D and engineering to guide development programs and ensure customer needs drive design.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, clinical, regulatory, and operations teams for launches and adoption.
