Enovis in Austin, TX seeks a Senior Global Product Manager to lead strategy and commercialization for enabling technologies in orthopedics. You will shape product direction, partner with surgeons, engineers and business leaders, and drive cross-functional programs from concept to launch.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering technology-driven medical products in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 6–10 years in product management or related roles, with exposure to enabling technologies.
• 4+ years in medical device marketing or upstream development preferred.
• Strong fluency with digital tools, data analytics and software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead upstream product strategy and innovation for Enovis' Enabling Technology portfolio.
• Define product vision, roadmaps and strategic priorities.
• Develop business cases and commercialization strategies for new tech.
• Collaborate with R&D, marketing, sales, regulatory, quality and operations.
