Job summary

Enovis is seeking an Upstream Product Manager to join the Enabling Technology team, focused on advancing our ASTRA platform and its cloud solutions. You will gather surgeon insights, translate them into product requirements, and guide early-stage development.

You will work across R&D, marketing, clinical, and commercial teams to shape strategy and launches. You will develop training materials, support product launches, and help with field readiness while maintaining roadmaps and forecast

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 4–8 years in product management, product marketing or medical device sales.
• 3+ years in medical device marketing with upstream exposure.
• Clinical exposure to tech-enabled knee arthroplasty.
• Strong fluency in digital tools; experience with data analytics or software platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead upstream product development initiatives for Enovis’ ASTRA Enabling Technologies platform, focusing on knee arthroplasty solutions.
• Translate surgeon feedback and clinical insights into clear product requirements and priorities.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with R&D, marketing, clinical, and commercial teams through concept to launch.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and technology assessments to identify trends and gaps.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps and gap analyses to guide strategic planning.
• Partner with downstream marketing to shape product positioning, messaging, and launches.
