Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a Global Product Manager for Upstream AXIOS to shape the short- and long-term pipeline strategy, drive global franchise plans, manage budgets, and strengthen customer relationships through clinical education and strategic messaging.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, guiding R&D input, and delivering compelling product launches while navigating a complex corporate environment. Hybrid work and significant travel are involved.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of successful related business experience.
• Experience with medically/clinically oriented products.
• Demonstrated record of success working in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Domestic and global travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Identify unmet voice-of-the-customer needs and translate these into marketing specifications for the R&D team.
• Providing voice-of-the-customer marketing specifications to the R&D team.
• Guiding the writing of customer requirements documents, creating product labeling, defining user-validation activities, redeveloping regulatory claims, surgical technique generation, and generating product forecasts.
• Developing and executing a comprehensive launch plan and strategy for new products, including product positioning, marketing messages and collateral, and sales and physician education programs.
• Determining and leading market research to identify market needs and the corresponding product solution opportunities.
