Red Cat Holdings seeks a Director of Business Development – International to identify and capture international opportunities for UAS solutions. You will manage senior-level customer relationships, shape requirements, and guide opportunities from engagement through contract award.

You will coordinate with defense ministries, government buyers, resellers, and partners, ensuring programs align with regulatory requirements while expanding Red Cat’s international footprint. U.S.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Defense Studies, or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Minimum 5-8 years of business development experience supporting U.S. Department of War / MoD (Ministry of Defense) programs.
• Experience with DoD MoD requirement development, acquisition, and sustainment.
• Proven ability to operate within cross-functional defense teams, including engineering, program management, and operations.
• Direct experience supporting military aviation, ISR, or tactical systems programs preferred.
• Experience with Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) highly desired.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with international defense ministries, armed forces, and government customers to understand requirements.
• Develop senior-level relationships with end users, procurement authorities, resellers, distributors, and strategic partners.
• Coordinate with USG entities and embassies to harmonize region campaigns with others.
• Lead lifecycle from engagement to contract award and follow-on growth.
• Identify, qualify, and develop new international opportunities and capture strategies.
• Shape customer requirements and acquisition strategies to align with mission needs.
• Develop capture plans aligned with timelines, funding, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain CRM data and provide timely pipeline updates.
