Red Cat Holdings is seeking a Director of Business Development – International in Salt Lake City, UT. You will lead international BD efforts across Africa and the Middle East for UAS capabilities, engaging with ministries of defense, armed forces, and government agencies to identify requirements and pursue opportunities.

You will build senior relationships, coordinate with USG and partners, and shape capture strategies while guiding the full lifecycle from engagement to contract award.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years of BD experience supporting MoD programs.
• Proven success selling defense products or services into Africa and the Middle East.
• Experience working with DoD and international MoDs on requirements, acquisition, and sustainment.
• Strong collaboration with engineering, program management, and operations teams.
• Experience with UAS is highly desirable.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.

Mansioni

• Engage with international ministries, defense agencies, and end users to identify mission requirements and procurement priorities.
• Build senior-level relationships with international stakeholders, resellers, and partners.
• Coordinate with USG entities and embassies to align regional campaigns and acquisition cases.
• Own the full BD lifecycle from engagement to contract award and follow-on growth.
• Develop country- and opportunity-specific capture strategies and roadmaps.
• Lead or support proposal development, quotations, and RFIs/RFPs.
• Ensure export compliance and align contracts with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and provide leadership with pipeline updates.
